Silvino Lobos is a 5th class municipality in the province of Northern Samar, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 12,645 people in 2,009 households. Silvino Lobos is a former barrio of the town of Pambujan. Its former name is Barrio Suba until it became a town in 1965.
Silvino Lobos is politically subdivided into 26 barangays.
Silvino Lobos can be reached by motorboat or banca via Pambujan River.
